Based in our Grays clinic, our Salt & Saline Removal technique is the gold standard for lifting and lightening botched brows or small body tattoos. Whether you need a full removal or just a slight correction, award-winning practitioner Terri Tibbles can help you start your journey to a clean canvas.

How Salt & Saline Removal Works
This advanced technique uses the natural process of Osmosis to lift unwanted pigment out of the skin.
-
The Solution: We apply a highly concentrated, medical-grade salt and saline solution into the treatment area.
-
The Process: Because the body naturally contains lower levels of salt and water, it reacts by sending water to the treatment area. As the water rises, it forces the pigment from the lower layers of the skin upwards to the surface.
-
The Result: The unwanted pigment becomes trapped in a thin scab that forms over the area. Once the scab naturally falls away, the pigment goes with it, leaving the skin lighter and clearer.
Why Choose Saline Over Laser?
-
Works on All Colours: Saline removal is not "colour-blind." It works effectively on all pigment colors, including those that lasers often struggle to "see" (like white, yellow, or flesh tones).
-
Gentle on Tissue: There is no risk of the pigment turning black or becoming "stuck" in scar tissue, which can sometimes happen with laser removal.
-
Versatile: Ideal for delicate areas like the eyebrows.
Treatment Intervals
You can treatments 4-8 weeks apart.
