Regretting that tattoo? Want to remove it?
Laser tattoo removal is considered the most effective method for removing tattoos. It targets the ink particles in the skin with high-intensity laser beams, causing them to break down into smaller fragments that the body's immune system can naturally eliminate. This process usually requires multiple sessions, depending on the size and complexity of the tattoo, but it is generally more successful than other methods, such as salt & saline.
However, it's important to remember that the complete removal of a tattoo may not always be possible, and there is always a risk of scarring or skin discolouration with any tattoo removal procedure. Our skilled technicians will work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan to give you the best possible results.

There are ways to remove an unwanted tattoo that are safe. We offer 2 options: Salt & Saline and Tattoo Removal. We have another section on Salt & Saline Removal.
Believe it or not, your body actually begins fading a tattoo immediately after getting it, which explains why fresh tattoos look so fresh. Our body's immune system immediately detects a tattoo as a foreign object and sends white blood cells to break down the ink. The body then begins filtering the ink absorbed by the white blood cells through the lymphatic system.
When tattoo pigment in the dermis is hit by light from Q Switch lasers, the ink shatters into far smaller particles, which white blood cells can break down a lot faster and filter through the lymph nodes to then be excreted from your body.
The speed with which ink particles are filtered out of the body is different for every single client and is dependent on several factors:
- Where the tattoo is located on the body.
- How deeply the ink was applied within the skin.
- The type of ink used during the tattoo application.
- How well your lymphatic system is working.
There are ways to boost your lymphatic system, including drinking plenty of water and getting regular exercise.
Black and grey tattoos can be removed relatively easily; however, some colours can be more stubborn to remove.
