Regretting that tattoo? Want to remove the tattoo?

There are ways to remove an unwanted tattoo that is safe. We offer 2 options, Salt & Saline Tattoo Removal and Laser Tattoo Removal, we have another section on Salt & Saline Removal.

Our state of the art Q Switch Laser produces short sharp powerful pulses of light, which penetrates the outer skin (Epidermis) and interacts with the tattoo ink pigments. The laser heats the ink causing it to shatter into tiny pieces, which are then naturally absorbed by the body, through the bloodstream by the bodies own immune system.

Black & Grey tattoos can be removed very easily, however, some colours can be more stubborn to remove.

Frequently asked questions

Is Laser Tattoo Removal safe?

Yes, provided you are treated by a fully qualified technician. Always check your technicians qualifications and that they are using a Medical Certified Machine.

Can anyone be treated?

You must be over the age of 18 and provided you meet our criteria and your medical history has been checked.

Does the treatment hurt?

It feels like being flicked with an elastic band, some parts of the body are a little more sensative than others. Our system has Crystal Freeze technology, to ensure little pain is felt.

What can i expect after the treatment?

Redness, tenderness and swelling are common after the treatment. Bruising and blistering can occur whilst it is healing. Treatments must be 6 weeks apart to allow the skin to heal.

Is there anything i need to do before treatment?

You should protect the area you are having treated from sunlight, before and after your treatment. This will all be explained at your consultation in full as you will be required to have a patch test before the treatment. You should also shave the area. It is your responsibility to fully follow our pre care and aftercare. You will be asked at the consultation about your medical history and any medication you may be taking, as some medications can be a contraindication to this treatment.

Can i Sunbath / Sunbeds & Fake Tan?

You should avoid sunbathing, sunbeds and any kind of spray tanning or fake tan 30 days prior and 30 days after your treatment. This is to ensure you get the best possible treatment and this treatment is melanin sensitive, so we ask you to do this to avoid any hypo or hyper pigmentation. All of our advice MUST be followed exactly.

How many treatments will i need?

You would need roughly 6 sessions, but every tattoo is different and will depend on several factors, age of the tattoo and depth of the tattoo. If you want to fade your tattoo in order to have a cover up tattoo, we would recommend 2-4 treatments. These sessions will be 6 weeks apart.

How long does the treatment take?

It can take from 15 mins to 1 hour and maybe longer. Each client is different and it depends on the size of the area being treated. More advice will be given at your consultation.
