IPL THREAD VEIN REMOVAL
Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Thread Vein Removal
No one really knows what causes Thread Veins (also known as Spider Veins). It is often assumed to be linked to overexposure to the sun.
Thread veins are often seen on the face, hands and legs. They appear like thin, red lines often in a spider web pattern.
Like other IPL treatments, the light is focused on the target area, in this case the thin red veins. The IPL light heats and damages the vein walls causing veins to break don and diminish. The area treated should be improved dramatically with repeat treatments.
As with all IPL treatments care must be taken with aftercare and direct sun exposure avoided for a few week after treatment.
Our advanced technology machines are medical grade, Crystal Freeze registered devices and FDA cleared. We are Core of Knowledge and Safety Certified, as well as fully qualified to undertake these treatments.
