Fat Freezing is a non-invasive painless procedure that gently and effectively removes fat from targeted areas of the body that have not responded to traditional diet and exercise. The difference between the two is that fat freezing is used for larger areas of fat and kills fat completely and cavitation is used to contour small areas of fat, where it empties the fat pocket. We mainly use cavitation when the area of fat is too small to be sucked into the fat-freezing cups. Both do very similar jobs, but for different reasons.
