Endolaser is a minimally invasive, advanced treatment designed for precise fat melting and deep skin tightening. Unlike traditional liposuction, which uses a vacuum cannula to manually remove solid fat, Endolaser uses a microscopic 980nm & 1470nm laser fiber to emulsify (liquefy) fat cells. This makes the fat easier to remove or for the body to naturally process, resulting in a much smoother, more contoured finish.

Beyond fat reduction, the laser energy heats the deep dermal layers, triggering immediate skin contraction and long-term collagen remodeling. This ensures that as the fat is reduced, the skin tightens and firms to your new shape, avoiding the "waves" or sagging skin often seen with older techniques.

How Endolaser Works:

​​​​​Unlike surface lasers, Endolaser works subdermally (beneath the skin). A single-use, microscopic fiber—thinner than a strand of hair—is inserted into the superficial layers of the skin.

This fiber delivers targeted 980nm & 1470nm laser energy which performs a "triple action" effect:

1. Immediate Skin Retraction: You will often see an instant "lift" as the connective tissue shrinks.

2. Selective Fat Melting: It emulsifies pockets of fat, perfect for sculpting the jawline or double chin.

Your Results & Recovery

While an immediate retraction of the tissue is often visible, your final results will continue to improve over time. Because we use a local anaesthetic, initial swelling can mask the full effect for the first few weeks.

• The 12-Week Milestone: We require a follow-up appointment at 12 weeks to monitor your progress. By this stage, the majority of the swelling has subsided, and the new collagen structure is firmly in place.

• Longevity: Results typically last 2–3 years. As long as a stable weight is maintained, the sculpting effect on your silhouette is relatively permanent.
